I stored a household full of stuff for a year at Lookout Self Storage while I was living out of state and Jason was always upfront, honest and available. No hidden fees or random rate raises that you get with corporate companies.
When it was time to move out Jason went above and beyond in helping me find movers to help me and coordinating the drop off of moving pods. He was always friendly and easy to get in contact with.
