When I was looking last minute for a storage unit last fall I decided to give Lookout Self Storage a call and Jason immediately won me over with his kind and caring demeanor and I am so glad I went with him over a corporate storage option. I stored a household full of stuff for a year at Lookout Self Storage while I was living out of state and Jason was always upfront, honest and available. No hidden fees or random rate raises that you get with corporate companies. When it was time to move out Jason went above and beyond in helping me find movers to help me and coordinating the drop off of moving pods. He was always friendly and easy to get in contact with. Truly just a joy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a storage place, his customer service is unmatched in today’s world.

AMAZING customer service. The owner Jason had such a kind heart. When I needed a second unit due to an unexpected move, Jason helped me get it situated in 48 hours! He really truly cares about his customers. If I ever needed storage in the future, I would drive to Rossville again and place my items in his facility because I trust him that much!
